Here at Little People Nursery we have a variety of activities both indoors and outdoors on offer, to allow each individual child to reach their full potential.

We follow ‘Settling the Table’ Guidelines to ensure each child will receive appropriate healthy meals, snacks and drinks.

Children’s safety is our number one priority; daily risk assessments are completed regularly. All of our staff over their 12 week probationary period are registered with the SSSC. Each staff member working within the nursery holds an up-to-date PVG.

About Little People Dundee

Here at Little People Nursery, we provide high quality affordable childcare promoting positive behaviour.

Fully registered with The Care Inspectorate and in Partnership with Dundee City Council. We are pleased to offer free Funded Childcare Options for eligible 2-5 year olds – please see ‘About Us’ tabs for more material. The nursery can hold up to 62 children at any one time – across our three spacious and natural playrooms.

Each of our three playrooms are bright and spacious filled with natural light. Each room promoting a natural and homely environment – please see individual room tabs for more information.

Monthly newsletters will be composed to allow parents/carers to keep up to date with important information and events which are taking place within the nursery – these can be viewed on ‘News’ tab.

Our Play Rooms

Our playrooms are set out with age and stage appropriate activities to suit each individual child’s needs.

Play Rooms

0-2 Years

Our baby room have the opportunity to take part in physical play and also have rest time to aid with growth and development.

2-3 Years

We offer funded learning opportunities throughout the day. Quiet time is an opportunity for each child to have a rest and reset.

3-5 Years

Activities are planned to suit each individual child’s interests/needs daily – to help meet vital learning milestones.
